Summary of a 14 office Inventory & Optimization
Project Type: IT & Telecom Inventory & Cost Optimization Project
In a recent IT & Telecom Inventory and Cost Optimization project for the IT Director of a Client with 14 offices of varying size and purpose, we discovered they were spending a little under $6,000 per Month for IT & Telecom network and services. (Believe it or not, they had no idea how much they were spending every month)

After some initial hesitation on their part about getting started, we made them an amazing offer!
They agreed to a “pilot” or proof of concept and allowed us to prepare an inventory and propose optimization solutions for just 5 of their offices which we found had a total of 54 lines between them.
There was no cost and no obligation for them to move forward with our Proposal after the pilot.

What Happened Next:
We currently manage their entire Inventory in the selected service provider Portal. If they choose, which they haven’t yet (they call or send us emails and we manage) they have complete access to and can easily search all the information, can open Trouble Tickets, can establish MACD tickets and more. Also, from the portal, they can prepare reports showing changes in Total Monthly Spend per location or for the entire organization. The invoices can even be paid through this portal, if selected.

Project Type: IT & Telecom Inventory & Unified Communications Migration
This started as an IT & Telecom Inventory and Cost Optimization project for a National Client with 32 offices of varying size and purpose. While preparing the Inventory, we learned a lot of older and disparate phone systems at their remote offices.
We also discovered they were spending a little over $12,000 per Month for IT & Telecom network and services. They were paying over 100 invoices per month. (They had no idea exactly how much they were spending or how many invoices they were paying each month)
The Real, Personal Results:
The CIO and IT Director’s job are easier. They and their teams look real favorable in front of management and his selected solution delivered significant business benefits across many areas.

What Happened Next:
They now have a UC platform in place which has drastically reduced the amount of time employees spend on Conference Calls (now they share desktops and collaborate in the Cloud environment). Additionally, the UC platform allows employees to stay connected and involved no matter where they are or what device they are using. The invoices are consolidated and can be paid through this portal, if selected.
